The availability of teaching materials that contain the richness of local wisdom in West Kalimantan is still limited, while students need teaching materials that are more interesting and in accordance with their learning experience. This research aims to analyze the needs of teachers and students, develop teaching materials on the materials of My Pride Region, and determine the validity of the product. The research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with a 4D model which includes define, design, development, and disseminate. Data was collected through interviews, observations, needs questionnaires, and expert validation, then analyzed descriptively. The results of the study show that there is a need for teaching materials that contain the local wisdom of West Kalimantan and have an interesting and easy-to-understand presentation. Two-stage validation showed an increase in scores on the design aspect from 3.41 to 4.33, language from 4.00 to 4.71, and learning from 3.84 to 4.40. All three aspects reached the very valid category in the second stage. The teaching materials were then disseminated on a limited basis to several elementary schools in Pontianak City. The products produced are an alternative teaching material to the Daerahku Kebanggaanku material which raises the richness of local wisdom in West Kalimantan.
